LicenseBy commissioning me, you are purchasing a commission slot of a given type and my services to render your artwork. You have a universal, non terminating license to use, display, share, copy, modify, and redistribute the artwork as you see fit. I retain all legal rights to the artwork as well, including the right to post it on my various social media accounts.

Your payment goes towards the commission slot and my time spent on it. You're allowed to use and modify the artwork however you like, but I have the right to post it on my social media accounts.

Payment, Liability & RefundsBy commissioning me, you agree that you will be invoiced via PayPal for the price we've agreed upon, and that no work will begin until this invoice is cleared. You agree that you will not hold me liable for any damages, lost incomes, or other liabilities related to the commission or the artwork. You agree that a commission slot is not a guarantee of a final product. You will receive a full refund if I am unable to complete your commission, but will only receive 90% if you cancel your slot after work has been started. If you fail to respond for 2 consecutive weeks without notice, your commission slot will not be refunded.

You agree to pay the paypal invoice, not to sue me based on the commission. You'll get a full refund if I can't finish your comm, but only 90% if you cancel on me, and no refund if you completely ghost me.

Backups & EditsBy commissioning me, you agree that you are not guaranteed to receive a second copy of the completed artwork, and that you are responsible for keeping backups of the artwork on your own. You also agree that edits and changes to a finished artwork are solely at my discretion and are not guaranteed when a slot is purchased.

You need to keep your own backup of the files, and edits are at my discretion.

Timelines & WIP editsBy commissioning me, you agree that you will be notified at least once every 7 days about the status of your commission, or earlier at my discretion, and you agree that the imagery provided as "Work In Progress" renditions are not licensed to you under any terms.

You'll get a notification from me every week (or more) about your commission, and you don't get to use the WIP versions for anything.

Artificial IntelligenceBy commissioning me, you agree that you will not use the artwork or any WIP edits with any Generative Artificial Intelligence system.

Don't use AI on the art.

ChangesI reserve the right to change these Terms at any time, for any reason, but commissioners will be notified of changes prior to the changes coming into effect. If commissioners no longer agree to the new Terms, a full refund will be issued.

I can change the TOS at any time, but if you have a slot reserved, you'll be notified and given the option to back out and get a refund.
